Lightweight and very soft fabric. What I hoped for. It is perfect for those cool, but not cold days. Seems to be good quality that will hold up well. Priced fairly for what you get. Seems comparable in price to other items similar I have seen in stores. Fits well. Waist maybe a little smaller for the noted size but not too tight.
